HZS35 concrete batching plant

Cement is stored by cement silo, conveying by screw conveyor, measured by cement weigher. Water is stored by the tank and reservoirs, water supply by the pump, and measured by water weigher. After liquid admixture mixed in storage box, be pumped into admixture weigher to measure the weight by corrosion resistant pump. The entire ingredients and the mixing process is controlled by the electronic control system automatically (also can be manual control), control system can store a number of different ratio of concrete for users to use at any time.
