The working principle of twin shaft concrete mixer is mainly based on the synchronized rotation of two symmetrical screw shafts. Through the synchronized rotation of two symmetrical screw shafts and the movement of the screw blades, the twin shaft concrete mixer realizes the uniform conveying, humidifying and mixing of the materials, and provides efficient and reliable mixing solutions for many industries.
Twin shaft concrete mixer is mainly composed of the following parts:
– Driving device: usually driven by electric motor or hydraulic motor, which is connected to the mixing shaft through reducer to ensure stable and reliable mixing process.
– Mixing shafts: two independent mixing shafts equipped with special spiral blades. The material of the mixing shafts must have sufficient strength and wear resistance.
– Spiral blades: the design of the mixing blades is the key, they can effectively push the material in different directions and form a flow state. Commonly, there are symmetric, asymmetric and variable pitch and other forms.
– Body: generally cylindrical structure, smooth inner wall, easy to flow and clean the material. Some models are also equipped with heating or cooling devices to meet specific process requirements.
The working principle and process of twin shaft concrete mixer are as follows:
– Feeding: raw materials (such as cement, sand, stone, water, etc.) enter into the mixing barrel of the concrete mixer through the feeding port. There is usually a certain feeding sequence to ensure the mixing effect.
– Mixing: The two mixing shafts of the twin-shaft concrete mixer are equipped with a number of mixing blades, and the design and arrangement of the blades can effectively turn, stir and evenly mix the materials. The two shafts usually rotate in opposite directions, which can produce strong shear force and make the materials can be fully mixed.
– Discharge: When the concrete mixing is completed, the concrete is discharged through the discharge opening. The design of the discharge opening usually ensures the smooth flow of concrete, and the discharge speed can be adjusted as needed.
– Control system: Modern twin shaft concrete mixers are usually equipped with an automatic control system, which can monitor the mixing time, speed, temperature and other parameters in real time to ensure the quality and productivity of concrete.
– Cleaning: After mixing, the equipment needs to be cleaned in order to avoid the impact of residual materials on the next mixing. Many twin-shaft mixers are designed with easy cleaning structure to improve working efficiency.
Functional features of twin shaft concrete mixer are:
– High-efficiency mixing: the twin-shaft design greatly increases the mixing area and mixing intensity, making the mixing efficiency much higher than that of traditional single-shaft mixers.
– Strong adaptability: it can handle a variety of materials, including dry, wet, viscous, powder, granular, etc., and the mixing ratio is flexible and adjustable.
– Low energy consumption: optimized spiral blade design and power matching effectively reduce energy consumption and improve energy utilization.
– Easy maintenance: reasonable structural design, parts are easy to disassemble and clean, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
– Environmental protection and safety: good sealing performance, reducing dust flying and noise pollution, in line with the safety and environmental protection requirements of modern industrial production.
Twin shaft concrete mixer is widely used in construction sites, prefabricated component factories and concrete mixing stations because of its high efficient mixing capacity and uniform mixing effect.
