There are roughly 4 control schemes for the computer control system of the asphalt batching plant manufacturers, and these 4 schemes have their own advantages.
(1) Plan A: Use MOXA card (PCI bus four serial communication card), 16-channel isolated digital input/output terminal board and PCI bus multi-function data acquisition board.
(2) Plan B: Use MOXA card (PCI bus four serial communication card), programmable controller PI. c. Profibus bus and communication module.
(3) Scheme C: Profibus communication is adopted, and the batching function is realized through the meter, including the programmable controller PLc and the text display.
(4) Plan D: Use HUB and programmable controller PI. C and communication.
