The asphalt batching plant equipment is applied for paving asphalt production in high level road and highway, airport and son on. Overview of the main features in batch type asphalt mixing plant are:
1, The primary batching system adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, the feeding amount is stable and the adjustment is convenient.
2, The dry combustion system adopts foreign high-quality burners, which have wide requirements for fuel quality, large adjustment ratio and high thermal efficiency. The drying drum is driven by a friction vibrating screen; the heated and easily worn parts in the drum are made of special steel with high heat resistance and wear resistance and long service life.
3, The screening system of asphalt mixing plant adopts LZSF type asphalt screen with high performance and high reliability produced by our company. The external vibrator has good heat dissipation performance, and the service life of the bearing is greatly improved. According to the needs of the mixing station, 4 to 6 layers of screening are used, which have large processing capacity, long service life and high screening efficiency.
4, Advanced metering system, independent metering of aggregate, mineral powder and asphalt, with automatic compensation and correction function for metering errors, high metering accuracy and accurate proportioning.
5, The electronic control system adopts microcomputer control to realize real-time monitoring, fault diagnosis and automatic alarm. With automatic and manual dual operation, it avoids the forced shutdown due to the failure of automatic operation, which affects the construction progress.
6, The thermal insulation asphalt valve and the heat transfer oil valve in the pipeline system all adopt the new cylindrical plug valve independently developed and manufactured by our company. There is no sealing filling material between the cock and the valve body shell, no leakage, no pollution, flexible opening, and convenient remote and automatic control. With two-way and three-way structures, the use of three-way valves in the system can make the asphalt and heat transfer oil pipelines more optimized and concise, which is conducive to reducing heat loss and cost.
7, The dust removal system adopts the two-stage dust removal method of cyclone and bag type, and the pulse valve blows the dust, especially when purifying the gas with high dust concentration and high humidity, the effect is remarkable, which can effectively reduce the pollution to the environment and meet the environmental protection requirements.
8, The structure design of the mixing tank is reasonable, the filling rate is small, the cycle period is short, the mixing capacity is strong, and the mixing is uniform and sufficient. The mixing tank liner and blades are made of high-strength wear-resistant materials, with a service life of more than 50,000 batches.
9, The finished product silo adopts anti-adhesion and discharge segregation technology, and the discharge door is electrically assisted to heat, and the heat preservation effect is good. The capacity is 100 tons of single warehouse and 200 tons of double warehouse; the conveying methods are scraper type and bucket truck lifting type. The scraper conveyor conveys the finished materials continuously and uninterruptedly, with good sealing and heat preservation, and is not affected by the external environment.
10, The bucket truck hoist of asphalt batching plant adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which effectively reduces the current and mechanical impact generated by the bucket truck during lifting and falling; the bucket truck travel is smaller than the mixing cycle, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of production.
