The concrete batching plant parts mainly includes the mixing mainframe, material storage, weighing, conveying system, water supply system, control system, auxiliary equipment and other parts. The workflow of the concrete batching plant mainly includes the preparation, measurement, mixing and discharging of raw materials. Firstly, raw materials such as cement, aggregate, water and additives are transported from their respective storage systems to the metering system for accurate measurement according to the proportion. Next, the measured raw materials are fed into the concrete mixer for thorough mixing to form uniform concrete. Specifically, the concrete batching plant is mainly composed of the following components:
1. Aggregate storage system: It is used to store coarse aggregates (e.g. gravel, pebbles) and fine aggregates (e.g. sand). It usually includes several silos to facilitate separate storage of different types and sizes of aggregates.
2. Water storage system: used for storing water required for concrete mixing, usually equipped with water tanks and pumps.
3. Cement storage system: used for storing cement, usually a cement silo with pneumatic discharging device.
4. Mixing equipment: mainly concrete mixers, which are responsible for mixing aggregates, water, cement, etc. into concrete. There are different types of mixers, such as forced mixers and self-falling mixers.
5. Measuring system: used to accurately measure the weight of cement, aggregate, water and other additives to ensure the accuracy of the concrete mix ratio.
6. Control system: including electrical control cabinet and computer control system, which is used to monitor and control the work of the mixing plant to ensure the smooth running of the production process.
7. Conveying system: used to convey all kinds of raw materials (e.g. cement, aggregate) to the mixer, usually including belt conveyor and screw conveyor.
8. Concrete discharging system: used for conveying the mixed concrete to transportation vehicles or concrete pumps, usually including discharging port and discharging hopper.
9. Additional equipment: including additive storage and batching system, spraying system, cleaning system, etc., depending on the specific needs.
