2, Improve the measurement accuracy of the powder measurement system
As a cementing material for concrete, powder is an important part of concrete, and its measurement accuracy is also crucial. Improving the measurement accuracy of the concrete mixing equipment powder measurement system can be handled in the following two ways.
First of all, as with the aggregate measurement system, sensors with reasonable range, high accuracy, stability, reliability, strong anti-interference ability, and high-quality shielding wires should be selected, and wire connectors should be avoided as much as possible. If connectors appear, shielding and waterproofing should be performed. Measures.
Secondly, to improve the feeding structure, the single screw conveyor feeding structure is commonly used in concrete mixing plants. It is difficult for this structure to control the amount of powder drop to meet the high precision requirements of the metering system, so the concept of coarse and fine metering in the aggregate system can be introduced, that is, the precision metering screw conveyor (ie small-diameter screw conveyor), the precision metering screw conveyor can be directly connected under the powder tank (requires the powder tank to have two discharge ports), or a coarse and fine metering integrated screw conveyor can be used.
