Dry mix plant are mainly used for projects that have low requirements for concrete quality and are far away. The dry mix concrete plant is not equipped with a concrete mixer. When the dry mix concrete batching plant is working, each system sends the weighed sand and gravel aggregates, cement, fly ash, etc. into the storage hopper, and then loads the materials into the concrete mixer truck through the storage hopper. During transportation, the concrete mixer truck is filled with water and other additives, and the tanker is controlled to rotate at a speed of at least 70 revolutions per minute during the transportation.
The dry type concrete batching plant is mainly a special use concrete batching plant type. The main difference between dry mix plant and wet concrete mixing plant is that the function of mixing concrete is transferred from the central concrete mixer on the concrete batching plant to the concrete transit mixer. In this case, the initial investment cost of the dry concrete mixing plant will be reduced, but the dry concrete mixing plant has higher requirements for concrete mixer trucks. The mixing time of the central mixer can be controlled by the control system, which can meet the needs of temporary production of dry concrete and semi-dry concrete.
The production capacity of the dry mix plant is a theoretical value, and the actual engineering use may be less than the theoretical value. The mixing capacity of dry mix concrete plant is about 25-120m3/h. The unloading height is the receiving height of the standard concrete mixer truck, which can be changed according to actual engineering requirements.
