Portable concrete plant structure

YHZS portable concrete plant is a new type of mobile concrete mixing equipment launched by Haomei Machinery with productivity of 25-75m3/h. The portable concrete batching plant adopts an integrated design, all functions are in one overall structure, so the whole portable concrete batch plant can be towed and transferred. The structure of the mobile concrete batching plant yhzs main station is divided into three parts: discharge layer, mixing layer and batching weighing layer.

1. The discharging layer uses simple cylindrical legs. The main station of portable concrete plant has spacious space, reasonable layout, and convenient operation and maintenance. In particular, the portable concrete batching plant main station uses a hinge pin structure, the discharge layer has a wide lane, the appearance is simple and clean, and the overall image of the mixing station is good.
2. The mixing layer platform adopts a steel frame structure with double-variable cross-section I-beam main beams, which is superior in weight, rigidity and shock absorption performance to the general structure. The mixing layer and the discharging layer form a steel body combined with the base body, which effectively reduces the vibration of the mixer host; the support uses rectangular legs, the structure is simple, and the space is spacious.
3. The ingredient weighing layer is provided with 2 powder weighing barrels (cement, fly ash), 1 water weighing barrel, 2 liquid additive weighing barrels, and 1 aggregate pre-storage barrel. All weighing of portable concrete plant uses high-precision sensors, simple installation, convenient adjustment and reliable use. The outlet of the powder weighing hopper adopts automatic control pneumatic butterfly valve, and the inlet and outlet adopts soft connection and fully enclosed. The additive weighing barrel is set above the water hopper, and the outlet is discharged by a stainless steel ball valve.
