The skip hoist concrete batching plant is compared with the belt conveyor concrete batching plant which is different form the feeding method. 1 cubic meter concrete batching plant have two models, that ate HZS60 concrete batching plant and HZS50 concrete batching plant. So let’s talk about why there are two different models of 1 m3 concrete batching plant and the difference between them.
Both the HZS60 concrete batching plant and the HZS50 skip hoist concrete batching plant are complete sets of equipment for the production of concrete. The hosts they use are all JS1000 concrete mixers, so they can also be called 1 cubic meter concrete batching plants. The main differences between them are in three aspects:
1, The raw material conveying method is different.
The HZS60 concrete batching plant is used for belt feeding, and the feeding speed is faster and more efficient. The HZS50 concrete batching plant is a skip hopper for loading materials, which occupies a small area and the loading speed is less than HZS60 concrete batching plant.
2, The output per hour is different.
Although the main engine is the same, because the feeding speed is fast and the other is slow, the output is the same as 1 m3 batching plant, the output is different, HZS60 concrete batching plant theoretically produce 60 cubic meters per hour, and HZS50 concrete batching plant theoretically hour production of 50 cubic meters.
3, The equipment cost is also different.
The price of the inclined belt conveyor used in the HZS60 concrete mixing plant is relatively higher than that of the HZS50 concrete mixing plant.
Both HZS60 concrete mixing plant and HZS50 skip hoist concrete batching plant belong to small and medium-sized mixing plants, which are used for medium-scale construction sites, highway construction, prefabricated parts plants and commercial concrete mixing, mainly composed of cement silo, screw conveyor, belt conveyor, PLD concrete batching machine, twin-shaft concrete mixing host, computer control and metering system and other components.
