The working principle of the truck mounted concrete batching plant is similar to that of the traditional concrete bathing plant, with little difference. The main engine of the truck-mounted mobile concrete batching plant generally selects JZM drum concrete mixer or JS compulsory twin shaft concrete mixer. The conventional mixers of the same model have different output. Generally, if the JS1000 concrete mixer is used in the truck-mounted mobile concrete batching plant, the output can reach 50 cubic meters per hour. The output of the mobile concrete batching plant using the 1000 drum concrete mixer can not reach this level, and the general output is between 25-30 cubic meters per hour. Therefore, when we purchase a mobile concrete batching plant, the important focus is on the output, not the concrete mixer model.
The storage bin of the truck mounted concrete batching is arranged in a line shape, and the loader is used for charging, can store two, three or four aggregates at the same time. The measured aggregates are transported to the concrete mixer through a flat belt, a lifting system, etc. in. The powder batching system of mobile concrete batching plant can be equipped with four powder silos, and the powder is sent to the corresponding powder metering hopper by their respective screw conveyors. Water and liquid additives are pumped to the corresponding liquid material metering hopper by water pump. The aggregate of the truck mounted mobile concrete batching plant adopts the loading method of the loader. The concrete batching machine can store four aggregates at the same time. The prepared aggregates are sent to the aggregate intermediate silo on the upper part of the concrete mixer through the horizontal belt conveyor and the inclined belt conveyor. It can store a can of measured aggregates.
According to the needs of users, the silo of truck mounted concrete batching plant can be set into two cement silos and two admixture silos. The cement and admixture are respectively sent to the corresponding measuring hopper by their respective screw conveyors. The water and admixture are pumped to their respective metering hoppers. According to the program or manual instructions, various measured materials are sequentially added to the mixer to produce qualified concrete within the specified time.
